Troubleshooting BIMeta Form

Solutions to the most common BIMeta Form problems. Still stuck? Contact support.
My model became “one lump”
Parts that should be separate weren't grouped. Undo, or select the part and press Ctrl+G.
A face won't appear
The edges don't form a closed, flat loop. Entity Info shows the open-edge count.
Push/Pull won't start
You clicked an edge — click the face instead.
My exported model looks inside out
Select the faces and use Reverse Faces.
Something is invisible
Its tag is turned off, or you're editing inside a group — press Esc or use Edit > Close Group.
Can I open SketchUp .skp files?
Not yet.
How do I report a bug?
Use Help > Copy Diagnostics and paste the result into a support ticket.
