Troubleshooting BIMeta for Revit

BIMeta tools are greyed out
You're not signed in. Open Settings → Account and sign in. Settings and the AEC Library entry stay available while signed out.
“BIMeta for Revit needs to connect to the internet at least once every 7 days…”
Reconnect to the internet. The tools unlock within minutes — no Revit restart needed. See the 7-day check-in.
My discipline tabs are missing
They appear only after sign-in and discipline setup. Open Settings → Account → Choose Disciplines.
When do update prompts appear?
About 60 seconds after Revit starts, at most once a week: Install when I close Revit, Remind me later or Skip.
The AEC Library says “Sign in required”
Sign in under Settings → Account, then reopen the library.
