BIMeta Portal is your company's project file library — drawings and photos organized per project, with team access, share links and e-signatures. BIMeta Drive is the Windows app for it: browse, download, upload, share and keep folders in sync, with downloads stored in an encrypted local vault.
What you can do
- Per-project libraries for drawings and photos with version history
- Team & Access: invite users with Admin, Manager, Member or Viewer rights
- Share links for a file, a folder or a whole project, with expiry
- BIMeta Drive: Browse, Search, My Downloads and a photo gallery
- Download as Zip, Upload, New Folder, Rename
- Keep in Sync for chosen folders; Pinned & Recent
- Encrypted downloads that are removed automatically if your access is revoked
System requirements
- BIMeta Drive: Windows 10/11, 64-bit, and an internet connection
- Your computer must be set up for BIMeta sign-in by your administrator
