A processor won't connect
Close all Revit processes, click Repair Add-ons, and check the logs in the .bimeta-jobs folder.
A job is stuck in “Processing” after a crash
Set the job to Retry and start again — completed families are skipped.
Can I downgrade families to an older Revit?
No. Revit can't save families to an older version.
Type catalogs and lookup tables are missing
They aren't copied automatically; copy them alongside the upgraded families.
The upgrade stalls on one family
A family that opens a modal dialog in Revit can block automation. Open it manually in Revit, resolve the prompt, then retry.
