My measurements look wrong
Look for the “uncalibrated page” warning and run Calibrate on that page.
“No BIM data in this document”
Re-export the PDF from Revit, AutoCAD or Tekla with the BIMeta add-in installed.
“Open in Revit” does nothing
Revit must be running with the BIMeta add-in loaded.
“This computer has not been set up for BIMeta sign-in yet”
Your IT administrator needs to set up this computer once. Contact them.
An AI feature is greyed out
Open AI → AI Settings and check the master switch, provider and API key.
A toolbar or panel disappeared
Use Tools → Toolbars / Tools → Panels, or View → Toolbars → Reset Toolbar Layout.
