Solutions to the most common BIMeta Visualization problems. Still stuck? Contact support.
“FBX and SketchUp need the editor”
Export to glTF/GLB, IFC or Datasmith instead.
“Not a .glb file (bad magic number)” / “This .glb has no meshes”
The file is damaged or empty — re-export it.
Library entries are greyed out
No content is installed for them yet.
“Environment presets unavailable”
The project opens with the default environment; set it manually on the Environment tab.
