How to Export a Video for YouTube, TikTok or Instagram

Steps

  1. Choose File > Export....
  2. Pick a resolution (Source, 1080p, 720p) or a social preset (TikTok/Reels/Shorts, Instagram Square or Portrait, YouTube).
  3. Choose quality (Draft, Standard, High) or a target file size.
  4. Optionally tick Prefer hardware encoder (NVENC), then save the MP4.
